Good, hard working, hard to find entry level labor.

Employers often find it difficult to find good workers for entry level labor roles. Turnover is often high, reliability low and ultimately just maintaining this workforce can quickly become expensive. Often tasks are not the most rewarding and motivation is hard.

These repeatable, heavily manual volume-based tasks are exactly the jobs the INGU team loves. A key part of what we provide for our team is a safe, reliable environment where they add real value but don’t have to worry about continuously learning new skills.

These tasks provide an income advantage to our team, and a direct cost advantage to you. This is important to INGU and to our team, because we aren’t here for the sake of it, we are all here to provide our communities with value added work.

Our team don’t want anyone feeling sorry for them, they want to be recognized for the genuine great work they do that many without disabilities can’t do as successfully.

Meet Leon.

Leon shows up every morning 15 minutes early. Never misses a day of work. Showed up one morning after having a root canal refusing to take the rest of the day to recuperate because he said he didn’t want to “let us down”. But when you grow up in the 70s and have a learning disability, services, training, and opportunities are limited.

Leon tests and screens 1500-2000 power supplies every day. In the last two years he has tested and checked well over half a million. We have never caught a defect he missed or had a quality complaint. At INGU we believe you shouldn’t have to wait until your 50s to have your first real chance to find out what your potential is.

Give us Leon’s work ethic and positive attitude and we’ll find the right job. We won’t let you down.

“This is the first time I feel what I’m doing is important”
